Papagalos Retained to Continue with HomeLife Communities
August 25, 2006
HomeLife Communities, a homebuilder headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, selected Papagalos Strategic Communications to continue handling marketing communications in the Phoenix area. The agency won the business after HomeLife recently conducted an agency search and review.
HomeLife Communities is a family-owned business with more than 25 years of building experience. HomeLife entered the Phoenix market in 2004 building affordable homes. HomeLife has seven communities in the Phoenix metro area and plans to expand into Casa Grande and Tucson markets. HomeLife is on track to build over 200 homes this year.
"Our priority was to secure an advertising agency with broad capabilities, a track record of success and the ability to deliver fresh strategic thinking," said Anitra Brenden, marketing director for HomeLife Communities. "We are extremely pleased with what we saw from Papagalos during the search. The firm understands our product and market."
Papagalos worked with HomeLife in 2004 before its hiatus during the time of the explosive real estate market. The agency resumes work in August developing a new integrated advertising program.
"We are thrilled to continue working with HomeLife Communities," said Nicholas Papagalos, president of Papagalos Strategic Communications. "We look forward to a continued strategic partnership with HomeLife that will take the brand to the next level." |
